Persons wishing to appeal any of the above decisions must do so by filing a written “NOTICE OF APPEAL” to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB), Box 490, TWO HILLS, Alberta, T0B 4K0, together with the partially refundable (if successful) appeal fee of $300.00 no later than June 3, 2022 at 4:30pm.  The appeal letter must include the development permit number, your name, a phone number, mailing and email address, and the reason(s) for your appeal.

PROPOSED CLOSURE OF ABANDONED ROAD PLAN 2600HW

A Public Hearing concerning proposed Bylaw No. 06-2022 will be held on Tuesday, May 31 at 11:00 a.m. at the County of Two Hills Office, 4818 50 Avenue, Two Hills, Alberta. The purpose of proposed Bylaw No. 06-2022 is to close and sell all of abandoned Road Plan 2600HW in W ½ 13 54 9 4. Below is a sketch of the lane to be closed and sold.

A copy of proposed Bylaw No. 06-2022 may be reviewed and inspected on the County of Two Hills website, www.thcounty.ab.ca, or at the County Office in Two Hills (4818 – 50 Avenue) during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

Submissions may be made by any person(s) who claim(s) to be affected by the proposed bylaw or from any other person whom Council agrees to hear. Any written submissions that are mailed, emailed or delivered to the County of Two Hills, must be received no later than Friday May 13, 2022 (12:00 Noon), to be included in the agenda package and should be clearly marked ‘Bylaw No.  06-2022’. Oral or written submissions may be made at the Public Hearing without prior notification to the County of Two Hills. Submissions will become part of the public record and, as such, will be subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
